The below is an illustrative Deal Registration Process (A base Collaborator Agreement will be signed at onset - If you do not have that yet, please reach out to acquisition@stellarforgecompute.com - This document outlines basic Collaborator Agreement Terms *If we send a lead to you, the commission is halved with internal sales rep; For all other opportunities, we are a single entity payer*):

1. Registration Submission

   • Collaborator/Partner submits the deal registration, including a clear description of the opportunity.

   • Submission is typically made through the portal (preferred) so both parties receive a copy, though email is acceptable. If via email, the same below process will ensue.

2. Initial Review

   • The opportunity submitted above from Step 1 is reviewed internally to determine if it is something we want to pursue.

   • At this stage, commission is estimated based on the description provided and based on the Collaborator Agreement.

3. Approval or Denial

   • The opportunity is either approved or declined.

   • If denied, no further steps occur.

4. Preliminary Agreement (LOI)

   • If approved, a preliminary Letter of Intent (LOI) is prepared for the Collaborator/Partner.

   • This LOI is based on the initial opportunity description and sets expectations before any customer engagement.

5. First Customer Meeting

   • A joint meeting is scheduled with the customer to evaluate the opportunity.

   • Customer needs are clarified and confirmed.

6. Adjustment of Terms (if needed)

   • If the customer’s requirements differ from the original registration description, the LOI and commission structure are revised accordingly.

7. Final Commission Structure

   • A final commission agreement is presented to the Collaborator/Partner, scoped specifically to the approved opportunity.

   • Scope creep is avoided by requiring new agreements for any additional or expanded opportunities.

8. Ongoing Protection

   • The non-circumvent clause of the MNDA ensures Collaborators/Partners are protected and compensated appropriately for their involvement, without risk of being bypassed for the allotted time indicated in the initial Collaborator Agreement.
